    Texturized Yarns and rovings
    We can provide different kinds of E Glass fiber Texturized Yarns and rovings.  Glass fiber diameter varies in range of 6-24um, and the Tex of 400-10000. These yarns and rovings are mainly utilized for weaving and for (FRP) pultrusion. We can provide the materials with or without twists.
       
    Production Description:
    Texturized yarns are made with one or more strands of continuous filament glass fiber yarns or single-end rovings after processing them through air sir jet. The high-pressure air jet volumizes, curls, and coils the strands to make them bulkier with wider coverage. Texturized yarns are mainly used in knitting decorative fabrics and specialty industrial fabrics, such as thermal insulation textiles, filter bags, abrasion-resistant materials, and filter materials. Texturized rovings are mainly used for reinforced pultruded profiles.

    Packing：Each roll with a plastic bag and carton then palletized with shrink film wrapped.
    1.     Carton packing.
    Roll per carton, roll weight: (4-6) kg or (8-10) kg.
    Special attention: cartons can’t be stacked higher than 5 tiers.

    Storage:
    If no special requirements, it should be stored in the dry and their original package.
    Ideal conditions are between 15℃ and 35℃, and a relative humidity between 30% and 65%.
     
    Texturized yarnst applications:
    Insulation cloth, filter cloth, wear-resistant materials and filling materials.
